Step for Admission:

3. Pay the fees by ECS/RTGS/NEFT to our Axis Bank
4. Send transaction ID/Deposit Slip along with duly filled Registration form
5. Get Confirmation of your admission by email. Admission is based on first cum first serve basis.
6. Currently Classroom training is only available at Mumbai and your office premises/factory, if there are more than 4 participants in the same city/factory . For outside student, Guest house facility is available of Rs 300/per day in Mumbai depends on seat availability; otherwise all ranges of hotels are available near to our institute.
7. Other cities student, who doesn’t want to come Mumbai, can opt for Distance Learning Mode. Syllabus is the same. You will be given course material by email and we will recommend some books, which you can buy. Three month time will be allowed to study the course material and for any doubts and faculty interaction can be done one to one on Skype is: sixsigma_quality and whatsapp video call on 7979801035 on Sunday between 5.00 to 8 pm. Eligibility Criteria for Six Sigma Green belt program :

1. a) Application requirements

Should attend the 4 days Six Sigma training workshop which is spread over a period of 2 modules and actively participate during the training sessions.

1. b) Academic requirements
2. There will be continuous assessment tests that will be conducted for every module. 30% of the marks will be taken for the final continuous evaluation from these tests.
3. There will be a final exam held in the last module. 70% of the marks will be taken for the final evaluation for this exam.
4. Both these put together, each participant should get a minimum of 70% to clear the exam.

Each participant who has successfully met the criteria for both the academic and the application requirements will be certified as “Certified Six Sigma Green Belt “.

1. c) Key Organizational requirements for successful Six Sigma Implementation
2. Top Management commitment and involvement is very key for the successful completion of all the Six Sigma projects
3. Top Management should conduct reviews on the progress of the project
4. The Six Sigma Executive should select his team based on the process knowledge domain required and should conduct review with his team every 3-4 days
5. The selected participants should be released from their “daily work routine” during the period for the successful implementation of the methodology.

Key skill sets required for the Six Sigma:-

1. Six Sigma aspirant has to be from a position of “Executive” and above
2. He should be preferably heading a Institutional key operation/Manufacturing line/function/cell/Dept/process.

10. Should be open-minded and should not conclude anything based on his judgment.
